Fantastic place to shop!! I went there today to buy some new windscreen blades for the car and Graham, the person who served me, went out of his way to make sure I had the correct blades for the car. He help me fit them to the car and provided excellent advice regarding cleaning products for glass! Thanks very much Graham ... I will most certainly go back.
I went to the store for a specific product and they said they had two in stock, turns out their stock take was wrong and the only explanation they could give me was that they were potentially “stolen”. Not happy at all.
The female cashier was rude 430pm 15/7. Went in to look at UHF radios and looked behind the back of it to see if there were any more around the corner. Just looked like part of the shop. The cashier rudely said. Excuse me you're not meant to be behind there. I just said I thought it was part of the shop. Very rude interaction, bad customer service skills. Should have staff rope up or something to make it clear. Walked right out and went to another store.

OK, the girl was friendly at the front counter but just pointed to the range of window coverings. When I asked if it would fit my car she was unsure.
Recommend you atleast have 1 staff member who knows the range on the floor.

Have been in more than a couple of times to get my cars’ batteries tested for no charge. Great range of tools, equipment and automotive spares.
I buy alot of car parts and tools on a regular basis and the service and friendly staff are always a pleasure to deal with :) They have a good range of stock and product knowledge to go with it, if your not sure on the parts you need then they will happily help you find what you need :)
